1. Full product ownership, responsible for product strategy, roadmap and continuous development and improvement of user experience
  2. Understand, analyze and present global market developments, relevant competitive landscape, and dynamic user behaviors
  3. Ability to perform full lifecycle product management, from zero to maturity, providing detailed requirements and prototypes
  4. Design product with a strategic eye for relevant data collection and analysis that can translate into business outcomes
  5. Work closely with the engineering, marketing, sales and retention, operations, learning science and content teams
  6. Develop, monitor and own key product metrics and routinely present up to the C-Suite for actions
  7. Act as product evangelist to drive awareness, understanding and support for feature development
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, scoping and prioritizing activities based on user value and business impact
  9. Work closely with the data teams to analyze product and feature performance and make informed choices to drive enhancement
  10. Identify and escalate issues swiftly, without ego or drama



  1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in product
  3. Full lifecycle product development experience
  4. Design-thinking and data-driven approach
  5. Logical and analytical but able to create a delightful product at the emotional level
  6. Advocate of the user (empathetic)
  7. Strong project management
  8. Effective and rational communicator
  9. Background in a technical product or where data science is core to the product
  10. Experience leading teams and across teams
