Employee Communication & Engagement Officer

Requirements:

  • Degree. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication discipline or related field of study.

  • Minimum of one year of experience in related field is required.

  • Motivated by startups. You love working in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative environment.

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, high level of energy, and adaptability to a fast paced and changing environment.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and grammatical skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly.

  • Experience in internet and mobile communications strategies.

  • Proven ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment backed by precise attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and simple graphic design tools. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.

  • Self-starter, desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Independent and self-motivated.

  • Effective individuals. You are able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources

  • Open minded, creative, willing to learn, and be flexible to changes.

  • Customer driven. Customers love working with you for your attentiveness, communication, and action orientation.
