Employee Communication & Engagement Officer
Requirements:
Degree. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication discipline or related field of study.
Minimum of one year of experience in related field is required.
Motivated by startups. You love working in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative environment.
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, high level of energy, and adaptability to a fast paced and changing environment.
Exceptional writing, editing, and grammatical skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly.
Experience in internet and mobile communications strategies.
Proven ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment backed by precise attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and simple graphic design tools. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
Self-starter, desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Independent and self-motivated.
