Head of Human Resource

Requirements:

  • Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy.

  • Designing organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per business plan.

  • Building a great culture and make the organization a great place to work.

  • Developing and implementing innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve and sustain the highest engagement score.

  • Building employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition.

  • Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring.

  • Working closely with all functions and business units to address employee issues proactively.

  • Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (performance management, salary planning/reward management, succession planning and talent development and management).

  • Analyzing compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage/salary rates for developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining equitable compensation system; implementing rewards & recognition programs.

  • Ensuring all back-end HR operational processes are managed well in terms of compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness, leading to seamless service delivery.

  • Managing all aspects of general affairs.

  • Have 8-10+ years of experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within HR.

  • Experience in leading an HR function of a mid-sized organization (technology startup is preferred).

  • Experience with employment law and compliance on local, state, and national levels.

  • A Master’s Degree in HR Development and Administration or equivalent degrees in marketing, business or related field is preferred.

  • Self-starter, desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You love working in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative environment.
