Head of Human Resource
Requirements:
Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy.
Designing organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per business plan.
Building a great culture and make the organization a great place to work.
Developing and implementing innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve and sustain the highest engagement score.
Building employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition.
Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring.
Working closely with all functions and business units to address employee issues proactively.
Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (performance management, salary planning/reward management, succession planning and talent development and management).
Analyzing compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage/salary rates for developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining equitable compensation system; implementing rewards & recognition programs.
Ensuring all back-end HR operational processes are managed well in terms of compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness, leading to seamless service delivery.
Managing all aspects of general affairs.
Have 8-10+ years of experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within HR.
Experience in leading an HR function of a mid-sized organization (technology startup is preferred).
Experience with employment law and compliance on local, state, and national levels.
A Master’s Degree in HR Development and Administration or equivalent degrees in marketing, business or related field is preferred.
