Head of Marketing Communication & Partnership

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organization’s mission and values across all channels and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted at all times.
  • Develop and oversee the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the organization’s brand and reputation, including writing and editing effective copy.
  • Develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to maximize relationships with clients, investors, partners and intermediaries.
  • Provide a new structure and framework in terms of branding and marketing from which your team can develop marketing activity to support the organization’s activities, including market research, sales collateral and advertising.
  • Develop partnership with other organizations to enhance HarukaEDU’s/Pintaria’s brand.
  • Identify and effectively utilize a range of channels to deliver successful results including above the line, direct and digital marketing.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activity.
  • Manage internal communications.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Act as spokesperson and ambassador for the organization.
  • Oversee the management of the organization’s CRM system.
  Core Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum 10+ years marketing management experience required. At least 3 years at the manager level.
  • Bachelors’ degree required. MBA or graduate level education desirable but not necessary for success.
  • Brand management experience with a consumer packaged goods, service, education, publishing, or media company preferred.
  • Previous experience in the higher education marketplace is highly preferred.
  • Co-marketing, advertising, membership marketing, direct or web marketing experience is a plus.
  • Understanding market research and business analytics; integrate with market and product knowledge, to develop marketing strategies and plans for the audience.
  • Exceptional problem solving, strategic planning and analytic skills.
