Head Of Training Product
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an entrepreneur who are responsible for successful launching of training product line (including training programs and IT platform) and prepare a profitable business plan and budget.
- Perform an industry need analysis focusing on banking, financial, insurance, and hospitality industries and digital economy.
- Identify and acquire industry partners, Subject Matter Experts, and clients/customers.
- Achieve/exceed the stated sales/growth goals.
- Manage various aspect of training product development and delivery.
- Continue to gather feedback from our clients and users through and analyze the feedback for product feature set.
- Work closely with design, engineering, learning science, content, and marketing teams to drive innovation, productivity and quality while iterating on the product.
- Perform competitive analysis on a regular basis and validate our product plans against competitive landscape.
Key Requirements:
- Professional experience in employee training and development programs and employee assessment, preferably from banking industries background.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to quantitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats based on data.
- Proven ability in attentiveness, communication, and action orientation.
- Effective at working with business teams and creating jointly owned goals and metrics.
- Open minded, creative, innovative and smart with a quick intellect.
- Excellent professional writing, presentation, and communication, capable of conducting technical discussions in English, and great on keeping key stakeholders and others posted with appropriate levels of detail in a timely manner.
- Previous work experience or willingness to work in a start-up environment (a face-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative environment).
- Strong management skill to deal with work assignments and meet deadlines under an aggressive schedule. Able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources.
- Problem solver with strong innovation skills.
