HR Recruiter Senior

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing and updating employment master data related to hiring.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed,
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, test & interview, and performing reference checks,
  • Conducting psychological tests and interpret assessment results, 
  • Providing induction to new employees,
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved,
  • Completing timely reports on recruitment activity.

Core Required Skills/Experience:

  • Min. 3 years experience in Recruitment preferably in Digital/Technology area
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology major,
  • Experience with psychological assessment,
  • Have good understanding in conducting and analyzing assessment results,
  • Organized and detail-oriented,
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent analytical thinking,
  • Have good knowledge of hiring laws,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
