Prerequisites

Bachelor degree from a local or international accredited university.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the Online Application.
  2. Upload the following required materials to the Online Application:
  1. Resume: Include any part- or full-time work, internship, and volunteer history. Detail any responsibilities related to communication.
  2. Statement of Purpose: Explain why you are interested in earning the MA in Communication and how it will help your career. Double space your essay and limit it to 500 words or fewer (place the word count at the end of the document).
  3. Graduation Certificates: Provide graduation certificates from all undergraduate and graduate degrees obtained.
  4. Official Transcripts: Submit official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate coursework completed.
  1. Pay the Rp. 250,000 application fee when you have uploaded all necessary materials (listed above) and provide payment confirmation online.

Application Deadline

Applications are accepted year-round and students may apply to enroll for Even or Odd semesters. There are no strict application deadlines. However, it is recommended that students submit all of their application materials at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the semester.

Marketing Communications

The Marketing Communication study concentration prepares students to excel in the promotion aspect of Marketing – enabling them to become leaders given the stiff competition in the era of globalization. It provides students with a well-rounded curriculum to cover Marketing Communication Research, Customer Behavior, Market Analysis and Branding. Through this approach, students become successful in communicating the attributes of products, services or ideas to targeted and segmented audiences.

Corporate Communication

The Corporate Communication study concentration prepares students to become the leaders of the Public Relations industry. It provides students with a working knowledge on International Public Relations, Issues Management, Media Handling and Integrated Marketing. In this manner, students are equipped with the proper skills and attitude to enable effective image management of private and public institutions as well as individual personalities.

International Relations Communication

The International Relations Communication study concentration prepares students to be international communication intellectuals and practitioners. Students will be equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical skills to deal with problems in the globalizations era. The course subject include Globalization in Politics and Economy, International Media Studies, Cross – cultural Communication, and Mediation and Advocacy in International Communication.

Mass Media Management

Mass Media Management study concentration prepares students to be Professional Media Broadcaster. The course subjects include Media Planning & Production, Advertising Planning & Production, Mass Media Management, and Practical Semiotic.
