Product Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve/exceed enrollment targets such as number of new students, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, retention rate, etc.
  • Work closely with our Performance Marketing, Marketing Communication & Enrolment team to prepare strategic and operational plan for our marketing efforts.
  • Identify alternative channels (Online and Offline) to recruit new students and prepare and execute plan and budget.
  • Utilize data and technology to optimize relationships with prospective students.
  • Perform an industry need analysis and gather and analyze feedback from our industry and university partners and students for development of new programs.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market trends on a regular basis and validate our programs plans against competitive landscape.
  • Able to translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Work closely with Marketing Communication design team, and engineering teams to drive innovation, productivity and quality of messages across marketing channels. (e;g landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role. Must be Able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources. Have a Background in manage CRM marketing is a plus
  • Strong data management. Must provide strong and visionary management skills to implement our Marketing plan by considering the most effective and efficient Marketing models, understanding the application of technology and setting priorities in a climate of finite resources.
  • Understand the digital marketing environment and know-how to use the platform as part of the strategy
  • Have an experience working with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends), have a critical analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Have an excellent communication skill, Keen eye for detail and creativity

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
