- Digital courseware and study materials
Working together with our university partners, HarukaEdu designs and develops digital courseware and study materials that meet or even exceed their quality standards and requirements. In designing and developing our instructional materials, we work side-by-side with professors and practitioners with significant professional experiences. Our learning materials are tailored to industry needs as seen by our university and corporate partners and updated periodically to address changes.
- IT Infrastructure
Our online learning process and infrastructure are built using state-of-the-art technology currently available. HarukaEdu develops eight integrated technology platforms that support all aspects of our university partners' operations, from student recruitment to alumni relation management. Our learning management system (LMS) is SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) and BAN-PT (Badan Akreditasi Nasional-Perguruan Tinggi) compliant and is capable of delivering digital courseware online and offline. These platforms are deployed in a modern data center with security and privacy on the top of our mind.
Partnering with us, universities do not even have to worry about operations. HarukaEdu provides various services to support our partners in running their online learning or degree programs. We do student recruiting and registration, lecturer hiring, class scheduling, learning progress monitoring, billing and accounting, and IT resource planning and maintenance. We also provide help desk service/online support which is available after office hours to ensure the best learning experience for our university partners' students. Trusting all these operational aspects to us, our university partners can focus on what are the most important for them such as supervising and improving quality as well as ensuring compliance.
